Week 7

Tasks: Completed individual research on the digital economy and the emergency of the digital economy in relation to Airbnb. Also did research into information that could be used to argue the success of Airbnb in report introduction.

 

Week 8

Tasks: Continued research on individual section of report (digital economy) and completed general report introduction. Will continue to work on digital economy segment of report throughout week 9 and week 10 until the section is completed and overall report is ready for submission in week 10.

Week 9

Tasks: Completed final segment of report, collated references and proofread segment ready for upload to the collaborative group Google Doc.

Week 10 (DUE DATE Friday)

Tasks: Built the Wix site for the assignment. Uploaded each segment to the Wix site and designed Wix site to be visually pleasing.

Week 7

Tasks: Completed individual research on the sharing economy and Airbnb’s competitors. Also did additional personal research on Airbnb that could be useful for the assignment.

 

Week 8

Tasks: Conducted additional research on the sharing economy and Airbnb. Google Doc was created for the report which as accessible to all group members. Split up sections into positive and negative effects of Airbnb in the sharing economy with Alana and began writing my section.

 

Week 9

Tasks: Continued to write my part in the sharing economy and started Airbnb’s competitor analysis which continued on into early week 10 until it was completed.

 

Week 10 (DUE DATE Friday)

Tasks: Completed the assignment, proofread and checked for punctuation and spelling errors. Completed the competitors table for the competitors analysis section of the report and completed all referencing.

Week 7

Tasks: Looked into research for Airbnb after deciding that was our target business. Used group chat created on Facebook in previous weeks to chat to team about collaboration. Finished readings on Airbnb in the study area. Read through assignment requirements.

 

Week 8

Tasks: Google Document was created to collate everyone's ideas and sorted out whos doing what roles in terms of details. Decided to split sharing economy with Sabrina. Created a schedule or time frame to sort out my parts and research. Used curtin library for other academic sources on this matter and broke up my ideas into sections.

 

Week 9

Tasks: Split up sections with Sabrina into benefits and negatives of the sharing economy for Airbnb (focussed on negatives). Continued writing each sections for sharing economy.

 

Week 10 (DUE DATE Friday)

Tasks: Finished up conclusion for my part, made sure it correlated with the ideas of the team. Finished references and edited grammar.
